PRODUCTS
We do our best to provide accurate product descriptions, photos, colors, and sizing information. However, colors may look slightly different depending on your screen or device.

Some product photos may be digital mockups and may not look exactly like the final product.
SIZING
Please carefully review the size chart and measurements provided with each product before ordering.
Sizing can vary between brands and styles. GG & Co. Boutique is not responsible for an incorrect size selected by the customer.
CUSTOM ITEMS
Some items are created, customized, or ordered specifically for the customer.
Custom, personalized, and made-for-you items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, except when the item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or materially different from what was ordered.
Please carefully review your size, color, design, personalization, and other order details before placing your order.
PRE ORDERS
Some products may be available for preorder.
Preorder items may take additional time to become available. Any estimated production or shipping dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Preorder timelines may change due to circumstances outside of our control.
ORDERS & CANCELLATIONS
When you place an order, you are requesting to purchase the selected products.
An order confirmation means we received your order but does not guarantee that the order can be fulfilled.
GG & Co. Boutique reserves the right to cancel an order because of product availability, pricing errors, payment issues, suspected fraud, or other circumstances.
If an order is canceled after payment, you will receive a refund for the canceled item or order.

PRICES & PAYMENT
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
Prices, promotions, and availability may change at any time.
You are responsible for providing accurate payment and billing information and for ensuring that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
For orders delivered in multiple packages, the 7-day period begins when the final package is delivered.
Once a return is approved, the item must be shipped back within 7 days of the return request.
Returned items must be:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- Unused
- Free of makeup, stains, odors, pet hair, and other signs of wear
- Returned with original tags or packaging when applicable
A 20% restocking fee may apply if returned items do not meet our return requirements.
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, misprinted, or was the wrong item.
Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Please allow 5–7 business days after we receive your return for it to be inspected and processed.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us at:

Do not return the item until you have contacted us and received instructions.
SHIPPING
Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Shipping may be affected by processing times, carriers, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our control.
Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address.
GG & Co. Boutique is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Once tracking shows that a package has been delivered, GG & Co. Boutique is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or misplaced after delivery.
If your tracking shows delivered but you cannot find your package, please check with household members, neighbors, the delivery location, and the shipping carrier.
OUR CONTENT
All logos, photographs, graphics, designs, product descriptions, text, and other content on our website belong to or are licensed by GG & Co. Boutique unless otherwise stated.
You may not copy, reproduce, sell, modify, or use our content or designs without written permission.
CUSTOMER REVIEWS & PHOTOS
